Steven Ellis is a two-time MLB draft pick and former Chicago Cubs pitching pro. He has written 11 books (and has co-authored or published six others) covering all aspects of baseball that have changed the way coaches, parents and players teach and play the game.
His most popular book, The TUFFCUFF Strength & Conditioning Manual for Baseball Pitchers, has appeared on the Amazon bestseller list and features the same pitching workouts and training methods currently used by pitchers throughout Major League Baseball.
In addition to his writing, Steven is founder and president of BASEBALL MEDIA, a popular digital media and publishing company whose network of web sites, blogs, discussion forums and Facebook pages reach over 7.8 million unique visitors a year.
